Just signed up Libby (miss Libb) Rendall she is 18 yrs old an amateur skimmer from DE. She was 2007 east coast champ and current (2008) east coast champ and is ranked fourth in the world by SKIM USA rankings. She's sponsored by Zap Skimboards and Alley Oop.
